The Whale Fin coffee table is an exercise in details and materiality.
The top surface is designed to celebrate the beautiful grain of quarter sawn sapele and is adorned with three walnut inlays nestled within a hand carved “bowl.”
The bottom of the table is sculpted into an “s” profile that converses with the end notches, gesturing the eponynous tail of a whale.
The base utilizes a simple, thoughtful construction to provide a solid foundation for the table top.
